Dr. Dan Langley, D.O., F.A.O.C.O.
Board Certified Ophthalmic Surgeon
An internationally recognized Board Certified Ophthalmology Fellow. He is highly skilled in a vast array of complex surgical procedures such as cataract, refractive, and oculoplastic procedures. Certified by a multiple laser platform, he performs the “Blade Free/All Laser” LASIK procedure and is also uniquely trained in surgical treatments for glaucoma, keratoconus, and presbyopia. Always at the forefront of innovation, Dr. Langley is the only Oklahoma FDA investigator for the new Refocus presVIEW scleral spacing procedure to treat presbyopia and is the first doctor in Eastern Oklahoma to use the Glaukos iStent and Trulign/Staar toric lenses. He is one of a few eye surgeons in the state certified to perform the Visian implantable contact lens (ICL) procedure as well as INTACS corneal implants.
Originally from Edmonds, Washington, Dr. Langley graduated Cum Laude from Washington State University where he played football and was an active member of the Theta Chi Fraternity. In 2002, Dr. Langley graduated from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery and then completed his ophthalmology training in Tulsa, Oklahoma. During his residency Dr. Langley earned awards for excellence in refractive and cataract surgery from Triad Eye Laser Center and Oklahoma State University’s Department of Surgery. Upon completion of his residency Dr. Langley also received the Lifelong Education award from the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a Physician’s Recognition Award from the American Medical Association.
Previously he was Assistant Professor of Surgery and Clinical Director for the Department of Ophthalmology for the OSU Medical Center where he trained ophthalmology residents. His passion for restoring eye health does not stop there, for the last 5 years Dr. Langley has been one of the lead surgeons for a medical mission trip to Piura, Peru performing hundreds of surgical procedures for the Peruvian Catholic community. He has been named Best of the Best in Ophthalmology for the last six years, and has been one of the Top 40 professionals under 40 for Oklahoma Magazine and Tulsa Business Journal.
Dr. Brian Williams, O.D.
Board Certified Optometrist
A Board Certified Optometrist and co-owner of EyeCare Associates. An Oklahoma native, Dr. Williams was raised in a small farming community in southwest Oklahoma. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Southwestern State University and then graduated from Northeastern State University School of Optometry in 1994. Upon graduation, he completed a residency in ocular disease and refractive surgery in an ambulatory surgical center in Tulsa.
Dr. Williams specializes in ocular disease with a wide range of technical training and experience. He is certified in and routinely performs anterior segment laser procedures, Yag laser procedures, glaucoma-related laser treatments, and minor in-office surgical procedures. In addition to his 19 years of clinical experience, Dr. Williams is an experienced lecturer on subjects such as ocular disease, glaucoma, diabetes, and laser vision correction. He was chosen to participate in the FDA investigational study of the ICL implantable Collamer Lens. As Director of the Oklahoma Optometric Association and member of the American Academy of Optometry, Dr. Williams is actively involved with the optometric community.
He is passionate about caring for his patients and is dedicated to providing the best vision care available.
Dr. Brian Williams is a member of the Tulsa Executives Association and a volunteer with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Oklahoma where he has been a “big brother” for more than 16 years.
Dr. Kelli Dyer, D.O.
Board Certified Ophthalmic Surgeon
Clinical Retina Fellow
A Board Certified Ophthalmologist trained in the medical and surgical management of ocular disease. She is a skilled surgeon trained in many procedures including advanced cataract surgery, glaucoma, oculo-plastics, intraocular injections and laser eye surgery. In addition to her comprehensive ophthalmology training, Dr. Dyer is fellowship trained in the management of retinal pathology including diabetic retinopathy, age related macular degeneration, retinal lesions, and retinal artery and vein occlusions. She performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including digital photography, fluorescein angiography and optical coherence tomography (OCT) to evaluate for retinal and optic nerve pathology. Dr. Dyer uses intraocular medications including Avastin, Lucentis, and Eylea and performs laser eye surgery in the management of retinal pathology. She will discuss all appropriate treatment options with you and ensure your visit is informative and enjoyable.
Dr. Dyer, originally from Edmond, Oklahoma, graduated Phi Beta Kappa from The University of Oklahoma. She completed her medical school training at Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences graduating in the top of her class. Dr. Dyer completed her ophthalmology residency through Michigan State University’s St. John Providence Health System, where she served as Chief Intern and Chief Resident. Dr. Dyer completed a medical retinal fellowship at the William P. Beetham Eye Institute and Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary through Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts. At the Joslin Diabetes Center’s William P. Beetham Eye Institute, Dr. Dyer trained under Drs Lloyd M. and Lloyd Paul Aiello, the world leaders in diabetic eye disease research and management. There she participated in many research projects and study papers that help define today’s standard of care for diabetic retinopathy management.
Dr. Dyer is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Ophthalmology and the American Osteopathic Association. She is a member of the American Osteopathic Colleges of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Lindsey A. Bull, O.D., F.A.A.O.
Ocular Disease Residency Trained Optometrist
A Certified Ocular Disease Trained Optometrist currently practicing at the EyeCare Associates of South Tulsa, where she enjoys utilizing the skills she has been trained for, including anterior segment laser procedures, in office surgical procedures and treatment of a wide variety of ocular diseases. In addition to her daily practice Dr. Bull is active in the America Optometric Association and the Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians.
Dr. Bull has received a number of awards including the American Optometric Association “Eyes on the Future” award, the “Golden Retinoscope” and the “Outstanding Clinician Award” both presented by Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry, and was asked to present research on that she completed while attending NSU College of Optometry at the American Academy of Optometry conference.
Originally from Novi, Michigan, Dr. Bull attained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville in 2008. Dr. Bull received her Doctorate of Optometry from Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry in Tahlequah, in 2012, and completed a residency in ocular disease through NSU at EyeCare Associates of South Tulsa in 2013.
Dr. Bull enjoys serving patients less fortunate. During the past 3 years Dr. Bull has participated and led three separate medical mission trips to Honduras, where she has helped provide eye care to over 2,500 patients. She is also a frequent volunteer in the Tulsa community providing her services in helping optometric students provide care to patients in desperate need. Dr. Bull plans are to continue to stay active and assist patients with their ocular needs in Oklahoma. Dr. Bull currently resides in Tulsa with her husband William Bull.
